RideWellCoverage.biz reserves the complete right to deny protection plan issuance to any vehicle showing structural chassis compromises, irregular vehicle history records, or previous odometer tampering.
1.2 Claim Exclusions & Owner Responsibilities: Coverage protections apply strictly to sudden mechanical breakdowns and non-deliberate electrical component failures. Excluded from coverage are pre-existing damages, normal operational wear-and-tear items (such as brake pads, clutch plates, wiper blades, and tires), damages caused by vehicular racing, unauthorized modifications, driving through waterlogged zones resulting in hydro-locking, or intentional negligence. To maintain policy validity, vehicle owners must perform routine servicing at recommended manufacturer intervals and retain original maintenance bills for claims inspection.
